Exchange & Return Policy
At Anusheet, we strive to offer you a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. To ensure fairness and sustainability, we have outlined clear guidelines for exchanges and returns below. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
🚫 No Money Refund Policy
Please note, we do not offer refunds in cash or to the original payment method. Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit (coupon code) that can be used for future purchases.
🎁 Sale Orders & Discount Codes
- Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return.
- Only size exchange is allowed for sale items, subject to stock availability
- Gift cards and coupon codes can be applied during sales.
- Please order accordingly.
🔁 Size Exchange Policy
Exchange Window:
- Requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Products with stains, damage, or signs of wear are not eligible unless received in that condition.
Valid Reasons for Exchange:
- Wrong size received
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defect
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Inner wear, swimwear, accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Customised or personalised items
Exchange Charges:
- From June 2025, a nominal ₹49 fee is applicable for reverse shipping of all size exchanges.
- If you request a second time exchange for the same product, an additional ₹250 charge will apply.
- Second-time returns are not allowed.
Process:
- Submit your request via our email I’d support@anusheetfashion.com
- Once approved, we request that you self-ship the item to our given address.
- Upon receiving and verifying the product, your exchange will be processed.
- The entire process may take 10–12 working days. Updates will be sent to your registered email.
Stock Availability:
- Exchanges depend on stock. If unavailable, you'll receive store credit or the option to choose another item.
Important:
- You cannot exchange a product for a different product directly. Instead, choose the return option, wait for the credit note, and place a new order using that coupon code.
- If pickup service is not available at your pin code, we kindly request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse. The return address will be shared once your request is approved.
↩️ Return Policy (For Apparel Only)
Return Window:
- Requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Inner wear, accessories, or customised products.
Return Charges:
- A ₹129 deduction will apply for reverse shipping.
Refund Method:
- Refunds are issued as store credit (coupon code) after QC (quality check) is complete at our warehouse.
Coupon Code Terms:
- Valid for 180 days from issue date.
- Can be used only once.
- The value of the new product must be equal to or higher than the coupon amount.
- Coupon codes and store credits cannot be combined in one order.
- Exchange/return is not allowed on orders made using store credits.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy:
- Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances due to our no-refund policy.
